Farhan Liaquat, is a Pakistani entrepreneur and CEO of SmartEast Solutions. He is the Asian Community Director for Zeromillion.com.

Farhan is a software development consultant, specializing in business and technological development. He was previously a manager of a forty person IT firm VisualSoft, specializing in the implementation of technology ideas in ecommerce and computer telephony. He holds Bachelor of Science and Master of Business Administration degrees from the Preston Institute of Science and Technology.

Fields of endeavour have included regional development, science and technology, productivity, human resource development, small business development, strategic planning, and industrial promotion. Has been a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI), Islamabad Chapter, and moderator of an online group involved in networking and sharing of ideas. He is a member of Askari Commercial Enterprise (ACE), a project of UNIDO.

Farhan is the CEO and President of SmartEast Solutions. SmartEast is a technology and service provider of software and technology services.
