Agustin Ricart is the Comercial Manager of an e-learning company##comma## based in Argentina and starting it´s operations in Chile.


What kind of training or education did you acquire before your venture?
I am 22 years old I live in Buenos Aires##comma## I´ve worked since i was 14 years old##comma## I have been in a construction company##comma## in a Marketing Company##comma## and in a technology company. I builded a catering company##comma## that it is still working##comma## and now i am working in this e- learning project.

we do software and its in Buenos Aires

sociedad anonima##comma## it´s a society builded by actions##comma##
because we had the oportunity to have it for free

How did you originally discover the idea for your organization?
First we did the soft##comma## then we made a comercial and operative plan and started lookin for potential customers

No##comma## only personal Funds

Are you the founder of your organization?
me and my partner

Do you believe there is any distinct culture within your organization? If so, please describe it.
I´m not happy with my company because I have the 30 % of the actions##comma## and i don´t agree with the politics of my partner.

What obstacles or challenges have you faced in your organization?
The money was not abundant##comma## the market in argentina isn´t ready for new technology##comma## and trainning##comma## so we looked for a partner in another country.

Did you accept any advice along the way? Do you believe new organizations should be open to such advice?
They are vital for you##comma## you are your company##comma## and if you fall##comma## your company will too.You really need a good and trustable coach

Did you receive any help along the way from other businesses or organizations? If so, how and from whom?
No no organization will help##comma## at least in Argentina##comma## organizations in here are for the rich people feel##comma## that they are doing somethin good for others.

Effort##comma## hability##comma## contacts##comma## planning##comma## and a lot of hard work

What types of marketing do you employ?
It´s difficult to make marketing here its a very specific product.

We work over technology

If you are a really entrepreneur##comma## and you feel and you know you are a leader##comma## don´t work in a project you don´t feel it´s yours##comma## this is not about money##comma## this is about personalities.

I´ve always wanted to be an entrepreneur and own my company

tchnology and comunications (information) it´s out there for everybody##comma## you only need the vision##comma## and the will to do it.

making money it´s grat##comma## but when thins you do work as you prgramed it##comma## its the biggest satisfaction

If there is one thing that would sum up your advice to new entrepreneurs, what would it be?
The principal value is to be honest##comma## a person with integrity.
An 80 % of my Knowledge is from real work##comma## our universities are very enciclopedical.

What, if any, final advice do you have for new entrepreneurs?
Go for your dreams. Its possible.
I always use an example##comma## if a company pay´s you Us$ 15000 per month it´s because you make them win 45000##comma##
why don´t you keep the others 30000 for you.
