What kind of training or education did you acquire before your venture?
I##aps##m 22 years old##comma## and have one year of college experience at Drexel University. I##aps##ve always been had a love for entertainment such as concerts##comma## music##comma## and clubs/parties. My partner and I have only been in business a little over a year##comma## but have the potential to surpass our competition due to our connections##comma## determination##comma## and persistance##comma## which is the key to any business.

What services or products does your organization offer?
MY company has different types of events such as concerts##comma## parties##comma## etc. Our edge is that we plan to take our shows on the road across the nation##comma## we are a mobile entertainment company.

What type of business or organization do you operate?
We are a partnership because we first started with three co-founders. One left the company to handle his own business##comma## so my last colleague and I decided to make it a partnership because of how we think similar in business##comma## and couldn##aps##t decide who would be boss over the next. So we decided both of us would be boss over everything.

How did you originally discover the idea for your organization?
i don##aps##t really understand this question##comma## but our business is built by our employees##comma## by what needs to be handled.

How did you originally fund your organization?
Our company was financed by personal funds##comma## and private investments.

Co-Founder

Do you believe there is any distinct culture within your organization? If so, please describe it.
Our corporate culture is distinct due to the minds behind the business. Every venture is looked at through different lenses##comma## so every option is weighed before a decision is made.

What obstacles or challenges have you faced in your organization?
Our biggest obstacle was finding proper funding. It was overcome through never giving up on the search##comma## and workin with what we can obtain.

Did you accept any advice along the way? Do you believe new organizations should be open to such advice?
Proper advisement for a young entrepreneurs are very beneficial##comma## mainly for past experience and lessons learned. If a company can avoid mistakes already made by another company##comma## it has a better chance of being successful much faster.

What have been the keys to success in your business? What do you believe are the keys to success?
Persistance##comma## determination##comma## patience##comma## and clear thinkin has been the keys to the present level of our company.

What kind of relationship do you establish with your customers or clients?
Fresh ideas##comma## and new concepts and trends have kept us ahead of our competitors##comma## and will continue to.

What types of marketing do you employ?
Radio promotion and street team work has helped us over all in our success on a marketing level.

Do you employ any web or online marketing?
The internet has helped us out alot with recognition of our business##comma## everything from illegal spamming to web pages.

What role does trust play in business or in your organization?
Of course mistakes have been made##comma## but we look at them more as learning experiences##comma## because we##aps##re still growing##comma## and they only made us stronger in our foundation. Nothing comes out perfect the first time##comma## so all you can do is learn on your way to the top of your game while you play.

Did you struggle with starting your own organization or venture? Why did you decide to begin on your own?
We definetly envisaged on being young entrepreneurs##comma## because we relized young that we would not be able to live the way we wanted to live##comma## working for someone else. There is no difference between us and other young people##comma## except we created our own plan to get what we want##comma## and how we want it. All we##aps##re doing right now is following our own directions##comma## and building in the process. Most importantly##comma## we##aps##re not giving up ever.

What books or resources would you recommend for individuals starting off now?
The internet and the library are very good sources for information and research on a plan one has for a venture##comma## but speaking to people in the field they plan on entering##comma## is even better.

Do you notice any trends in the marketplace? If so, what are they?
Entertainment is going to be more popular for investors. And I see more small businesses growing to help the economy.

Do you believe networking and contacts are important? If so, how?
Networking and building contacts for an entrepreneur is one of the most important things for them and their growing company##comma## simply because##comma## if you can##aps##t do it by yourself##comma## you need help##comma## so find it.

What do you think about contracts and other legal obligations? Are they important in your business?
The most important thing to learn and remember is that know one gets rich over night##comma## everything take time and patience to happen##comma## but still never give up.

If there is one thing that would sum up your advice to new entrepreneurs, what would it be?
I##aps##ve learned more in the real world than i did in an academic setting##comma## besides college life. Education is important for a businessperson based on the business they are entering. I didn##aps##t need much academic education for my current business##comma## besides the basics##comma## and neither has my partner. However##comma## eduction is important overall due to what you might encounter when handling your business##comma## so i##aps##d say at least get your high school degree and even an Associates degree in your expertise##comma## so you are reinforced in your own mind about how your handling your business##comma## because any and everything can happen.

What, if any, final advice do you have for new entrepreneurs?
Stay focused on your goals##comma## have patience##comma## and be extra persistance in what ever ventures you endevear.
