I##aps##ve been a widowed/single parent of 2 children for 8 years. Been working my HBB for 5 years now. Found my passion in coaching and public speaking and refuse to turn back! My background is in graphic design##comma## marketing##comma## advertising and management.

What services or products does your organization offer?
I provide coaching to individuals and/or on-site coaching for businesses. Also do public speaking events. My business is based out of my home

Legal structure for now is Sole Propriertorship. Easiest to get started. Need to switch to LLC though.

How did you originally discover the idea for your organization?
Based on my experience##comma## and my mentors advice.

Personal Funding.

Yes

Do you believe there is any distinct culture within your organization? If so, please describe it.
I take a ##quote##no-nonsense##quote## approach. I cut out all the extra *stuff* that people usually get stuck with and get down to the bare issues that are really at hand.

What obstacles or challenges have you faced in your organization?
Getting new clients. Advertise and referrals work. But also being the best coach I can be causes my current clients to refer prospects.

Did you accept any advice along the way? Do you believe new organizations should be open to such advice?
VERY important. I mold my business after them and their successes.

Did you receive any help along the way from other businesses or organizations? If so, how and from whom?
Networking groups mainly.

What have been the keys to success in your business? What do you believe are the keys to success?
Perservance and determination

What kind of relationship do you establish with your customers or clients?
Focusing on MY niche. Not worrying about others.
