Another great choice in the real estate game, John Behle is a formidable educator. He has been up and down the road for over 20 years, and is an extremely articulate, well educated, detailed teacher, trainer, and writer on the paper game. He is not for the faint of heart, but for the serious student of real estate. I would recommend him immediately to anyone going the paper route, but if you are a beginner be aware that this is heady reading.

If you can’t spare the time, the entire course can be purchased on his website as a set of videos. The title is The Paper Game and you’ll get your money’s worth with 28 hours of teaching on 14 video tapes, a 300 page text, and all his books. The whole package is reasonably priced at about $400.00. His books include Mortgage Magic, Creative Paper Formulas, and The Paper Game.
Mr. Behle is recommended. His work is an excellent addition to your library in either the original or revised editions.
