A Million Pencils for Filipinos

Celebrity advocates recently took part in the launch of Mongol Pencil's "Isang Milyong Mongol Para Sa Isang Milyong Pangarap." Originally, the Eberhard Faber Company was developed in the US in the early 1800's; Mongol pencil's history is marked by many changes and developments in it's production, but the pencil is still one of the world's most recognizable brands.
After having been a key supplier for the printing industry since 1974, Star Paper, a Filipino-owned paper and distribution company, has given birth to many great ideas, creations and dreams. On November 26, Star Paper ensured that Mongol pencil gave birth to a million more as it launched its advocacy campaign. The campaign provided underprivileged public school children with school supplies and writing tools.
