When Pearl was invested in by Hugh Osmond, he never expected that he would be involved in a long running battle with other investors. According to Pearl, the bondholders are ready to hoist up the white flag of truce.
Pearl announced that it will not attempt to raise capital with it's planned listing. And soon it will be switching it's listing to London.
Ron Sandler is now the new chairman at the firm, and is also the chairman at Northern Rock and also a veteran of the city who hopes to lead the group. Three people where elected as non-executive directors of the company.
