When you have started a business from the ground up, and have taken and put everything you own into it. Of course, you want the business to grow and prosper. Well, that is exactly what has happened here. Your business has blossomed, your income has increased, and your clients have doubled in size.
But now, another person wants to come in and buy you out of your business. He offers to pay more than what you want for you business, with an earn-out in hand. You think about it, and then agree. Keeping positive thoughts about this all, you can start all over again down the road.
