Our world is getting trashed with plastics, papers and other rubbish accumulated from people buying cards and gifts for others over the holidays. Climate change is high on the agenda this year and charities have discovered online greeting cards.
An entrepreneur has started her own e-cards business and has raised over £10,000 for 25 charities with thanks to the popularity of the scheme. Charities can spend no money at all sending free e-cards, or they can spend less money than buying a card and postage to send a "green" card to their recipients.
