Energetiq Technology Receives Venture Capital

In a year expected to be wrought with bad news, Energetiq Technology has managed to secure series c financing. The company creates "short-wavelength light products for advanced technology applications". These solutions can be used in "lithography, metrology, inspection, resist and thin-film processing, soft x-ray microscopy, and a variety of R&D applications".

In many ways this is a positive sign for the technology sector, as Energetiq's product is used by many other technology sectors, signaling that investors are not afraid of Business-to-Business market models at the moment. Energetiq recently received a United States Patent for one technology, the Laser-Drive Light Source (LDLS) for which they intend to spend their venture on bringing to market.
