NCPA: Entrepreneurs Can Solve Many Health Care Problems

The latest Daily Policy Digest from the National Center for Policy Analysis suggests that entrepreneurs can solve many health care problems. The digest concludes that public policy should encourage the efforts of entrepreneurs in the health care sector rather than discourage them.
The report focuses on health care markets in which the patient pays most of the cost, such as cosmetic and laser eye surgery, and argues that such markets foster competition on price and quality between the different health care providers.
