In Santa Cruz, CA a man named Sol Lipman worried about what would happen to his company, if something happened to him. Based on the fact that he had all the passwords for everything at work. So looking further into the situation, he found a company called Legacy Locker which takes a small fee for membership, and stores your personal information in an account. Upon receiving this information, a beneficiary is designated and to death certificate is required to show proof. Without this, nothing is handed over.
