Prison Entrepreneur Quits

In 2004, Catherine Rohr founded a Houston-based Prison Entrepreneurship Program for former prisoners to get started on finding or starting jobs. When prisoners were released, they were taught the basics of employment so they could find a respectable job in the city.
Catherine Rohr, however, broke the number 1 rule with state policies, in that, she had personal or intimate relationships with current or former offenders. Due to her accusations with the inmates, Rohr has revealed her relationships with four ex-convict graduates and quit. Some of her last words were that [this was] "The darkest period in my life, resulting from my divorce in December 2008."
