Wal-Mart and Free Advice

Whether you are in the United States or over in England, you can walk into a Wal-Mart or Tesco store and purchase everyday items. But nowadays in England, Australia and the Netherlands, you can walk into a store and ask for legal advice, and not from an attorney or lawyer. In these countries it is legal to do this, and not be penalized for it.
But if you were in the United States and walked into a Wal-Mart, all you are going to receive there is groceries, bank, vision center, vehicle oil change, and clothing. You will not find anyone giving out legal advice about divorces, child support, bankruptcy, or even about wills after the death of a loved one.
That is because the United States restricts where and who can perform the tasks. And that position is filled only by lawyers, attorneys and judges.
