West Virginia Patents

Many states have tried, but only West Virginia is succeeding. Right now a bill is in the House, waiting for approval to start a new Patent tax credit plan. If it passes, it will be the only state so far, to have this in place. It helps young entrepreneurs to patent products, to get a start on business.
