Entrepreneurs are serious business men and women that strive to be better than the person before them. Entrepreneurs focus on the end product and ignore the hassles, set backs and burnouts that separate the managers from the workers, so what drives them to success?
Entrepreneurs are obsessed with achieving the ultimate goal. Why share your rewards with those who work with you when you overcome an obstacle and have your own rewards with no strings attached? New business ideas are constantly emerging and brilliant minds are putting them into action because they know they have the next best thing and want to prove to the world they are more than an average worker. As a society, we are obsessed with our status, so entrepreneurs are game to put their lives on the line and become a somebody in our world.
