Winter has arrived and the harsh elements will soon follow. When temperatures drop, ice and snow will become your car’s worst enemy as the city will begin to drop ice on the roads. When this ice is thrown onto your car from the vehicle in front of you, it will eat through your protective coating the manufacturer placed on your car.

The best way to protect your car is to go to a local car detailer and get a winterizing car detail. Your car will get a treatment that will protect it's paint for 3-4 months. The auto detailer will wash, clay and wax your car and depending on your detailer, you may get your wheels and plastic trim protected as well. Automobiles don't need to be polished in the winter as snow will scratch your paint as it flies off while driving or slides off when parked. Do your car a favor and have it detailed for the winter.
