Do you know that you CAN slim down effortlessly?  Yes, you can! I’m going to give you 5 easy tips to help you do just that!

5 Tips to Slim Down Effortlessly:

1.  Eat Breakfast EVERY day!  This is so important.  The right breakfast will jumpstart your metabolism and give you energy so you can handle those important tasks that come your way in the morning.  So what’s a good breakfast? A good example of a “power” breakfast would be something like 2 organic free range eggs, 1/2 an avocado, and some berries.  Or, a morning protein smoothie with protein powder, raw cacao powder, 1 tablespoon of flaxseed oil, fruit of your choice and a pinch of cinnamon powder on top!  Then add plain coconut water as the base, and you’re set!

2.  Do 30 minutes of cardio or aerobics before breakfast.  This is very important to also jumpstart your metabolism and give you energy in the morning.  Then you’ll eat breakfast and be ready to start your day!

3.  Eat a small supper.  Supper is meant to be “supplemental.”  In this super-size world we live in, the word “supper” has been lost in the mix.  We call it “dinner” these days and we picture a big meal.  We shouldn’t do this. To slim effortlessly, make supper the smallest meal of the day.

4.  Don’t eat late.  This is crucial to slimming effortlessly.  If you eat past 8 p.m., I say “paste it to your waste!”  If you have to work late, then make an effort to either bring your supper with you, or plan to order a healthy take out meal.  The point is to eat early.  By early, I mean a “normal” time, like 6 p.m.  Then you’ll be finished by about 6:30 to 7 p.m., and you can give your system time to digest your food before going to bed.

5.  Go to bed early.  Early to bed, early to rise ~ makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise!  I believe that saying with all my heart!  When you go to bed at a decent time (again, I say “early” but really, it’s not that early.)  For example, if you get up at 6 a.m., a good time to go to sleep is by 10 p.m.  Try to get horizontal by 9:30 p.m. If you find yourself falling asleep on the couch, GO WITH IT.  Don’t force yourself to stay up, or check emails before going to bed.  You may get your second wind, stay up too late, and then regret it in the morning!
