What kind of training or education did you acquire before your venture?
I am 22 years old I live in Buenos Aires, Iīve worked since i was 14 years old, I have been in a construction company, in a Marketing Company, and in a technology company. I builded a catering company, that it is still working, and now i am working in this e- learning project.
What services or products does your organization offer?
we do software and its in Buenos Aires
What type of business or organization do you operate?
sociedad anonima, itīs a society builded by actions,
because we had the oportunity to have it for free

How did you originally discover the idea for your organization?
First we did the soft, then we made a comercial and operative plan and started lookin for potential customers

No, only personal Funds
Are you the founder of your organization?
me and my partner
Do you believe there is any distinct culture within your organization? If so, please describe it.
Iīm not happy with my company because I have the 30 % of the actions, and i donīt agree with the politics of my partner.
What obstacles or challenges have you faced in your organization?
The money was not abundant, the market in argentina isnīt ready for new technology, and trainning, so we looked for a partner in another country.
Did you accept any advice along the way? Do you believe new organizations should be open to such advice?
They are vital for you, you are your company, and if you fall, your company will too.You really need a good and trustable coach
Did you receive any help along the way from other businesses or organizations? If so, how and from whom?
No no organization will help, at least in Argentina, organizations in here are for the rich people feel, that they are doing somethin good for others.
What have been the keys to success in your business? What do you believe are the keys to success?
Effort, hability, contacts, planning, and a lot of hard work

What types of marketing do you employ?
Itīs difficult to make marketing here its a very specific product.

We work over technology
What role does trust play in business or in your organization?
If you are a really entrepreneur, and you feel and you know you are a leader, donīt work in a project you donīt feel itīs yours, this is not about money, this is about personalities.
Did you struggle with starting your own organization or venture? Why did you decide to begin on your own?
Iīve always wanted to be an entrepreneur and own my company

Jenniferīs book, tom peters, druker, kottler, magazines and entrepreneur.com, and entrepreneur magazine
Do you notice any trends in the marketplace? If so, what are they?
tchnology and comunications (information) itīs out there for everybody, you only need the vision, and the will to do it.

making money itīs grat, but when thins you do work as you prgramed it, its the biggest satisfaction
If there is one thing that would sum up your advice to new entrepreneurs, what would it be?
The principal value is to be honest, a person with integrity.
An 80 % of my Knowledge is from real work, our universities are very enciclopedical.
What, if any, final advice do you have for new entrepreneurs?
Go for your dreams. Its possible.
I always use an example, if a company payīs you Us$ 15000 per month itīs because you make them win 45000,
why donīt you keep the others 30000 for you.
