Annual Collaboration for Entrepreneurs (ACE) to Take Place Jan. 22

The Great Lakes region of the United States will be hosting, for the 9th straight year, their annual collaboration for Entrepreneurship. The ACE conference helps bring together budding businesses, entrepreneurs, the investors looking to find new opportunities, and "support organizations" that can help these ventures get off the ground.

The conference includes several workshops headed by industry leaders in the area, poster presentations, and even an elevator pitch competition before a panel of investors. Winning the competition can almost guarantee some amount of investor interest in these new ventures, to the competition is quite fierce. Ultimately, however, the spirit of the event is celebratory, bringing together people from many different fields, all interested in entrepreneurship.
