Ron LeGrand is another top name in the real estate road to riches game. Now, I am not a fan of this path to personal wealth because it is too labor intensive. When you think of Ron LeGrand think of Carlton Sheets in silk sheets. I know for some of you that will be a stretch, but I simply mean he will cost you more than cotton. Both say essentially the same things in their books, courses and seminars. You could follow either method and achieve success if you don’t throw in the towel prematurely.
However, the cost of Ron LeGrand’s work is twice that of Carlton Sheets and then some. At $600.00 a book, or buy two and get one free, Carlton Sheets is a steal at under $200.00. If you are interested in learning For-Sale-By-Owner techniques, retail and wholesale techniques, and lease-to-own techniques, then these may be the books for you.
